Judith Behnsen: Colloquium in Jena

Prof. Dr. Judith Behnsen (University of Illinois at Chicago, Department of Microbiology and Immunology) will talk about

"Gut networking: How the host, commensal bacteria, and fungi contribute to the pathogenesis of Salmonella gastroenteritis".

This is a Joint Colloquium of the CRC/Transregio 124 FungiNet and the Jena School for Microbial Communication (JSMC). The Microbial Communication Colloquium is organized by the JSMC Doctoral Researchers together with the members of the JSMC Faculty. The aim of this colloquium series is to present state-of-the-art research on “Microbial Communication” in all its multi-disciplinary facets.
